    A necessary evil unfortunately. Typical government department slumbering in their own policy, reluctant to assist the public and seemingly only there for the pay cheque. Wait times are typically around 30 minutes if you actually frequent a centre before they hide behind technicality to ensure you leave dissatisfied with their service. Call centre staff are also poor, admitting to mistakes then denying their comments. A substandard system run by incompetents and governed by imbeciles.
