Fantastic (but morbid) experience. We just did the base tour but you could extend if you wanted to. Brett was an amazing tour guide.

Just like everyone said, the tour is interesting and well worth the time and worth every penny spent. We arrived after 3pm, hence, our only option was the "Doing Time" tour ($20 per person in Sept 2017) which lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes. Jim was our guide, he is funny but his scottish accent is kinda difficult to understand. The tour is encourage participation and interactive if you willing to participate.

Doing time was great. Very informative for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Slightly annoyed at it being paid parking, considering it is a quiet area and street parking is free. Anything to bleed a tourist thou, ey?

Great few hours. Great guide (Ian) and some very interesting stories. $21 tour which we thought was good value for money. Don’t forget to go see the gallery. Little coffee shop there too.
