I'm surprised to know that the entrance fee is on a donation basis because the museum contained so many artefacts and so much information was provided. To read every single thing in detail would definitely take half a day. Would recommend it for anyone interested in history. It isn't restricted to Australia and encompasses tales from Africa and how sailing was discovered.

Pretty good museum. It catches the history of our coast well. If you like this museum try to find the time to look at Geraldton Museum as well. It has great video on discovering the wrecks.
