    Tried to move to business account, every day different person, every person says different story, had to redo same papers, no solutions, took them 1 week to convert 4 numbers under one Company, and we could not use our phones for 1 day. Awful customer service.

    If I could give it less than one star, I would. Information I've received in-store is convoluted, difficult to understand, and contradicted by the Telstra website. It's a joke. I can't wait until my contract expires. I'll never do business with them again. It has been an unfortunate experience I regret and will never repeat. They are useless. Typical of every Telstra store I've ever visited. No doubt the fault of upper management.

    Signed up for the new NBN package, that was nearly a month ago, I have berated the store with calls and messages and emails but have yet to hear when they plan on providing my service or anything for that matter
